The starting point

An operational assessment typically costs $4,500–$8,500, with a written scope and fee agreed in advance. Scope depends on the workflows, departments, shifts, and locations involved. Travel is identified separately.

The work

Preparation, owner kickoff, usually one to three observation days, focused team conversations, analysis, and a written findings review. Allow about one hour for kickoff and 90 minutes for the review, plus agreed employee access.

What you keep

Findings, supporting observations, priorities, and an improvement roadmap. Estimated opportunities and remaining unknowns are distinguished. You can implement internally or request a separate implementation proposal.
